The NDAB recognizes the direct relationship between the home building industry and the government process. There is a wide range of legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that affect the home building industry, and NDAB is there to represent your interests. When issues important to the building industry are considered by the North Dakota Legislative Assembly, the NDAB is watching out for your business.
There are hundreds of bills introduced during each Legislative Session that could make a drastic difference in your ability to operate in the home building industry. NDAB is there to help keep legislators informed on the home building industry and its issues, and also to provide members with updates on legislative activity.
